The continental breakfast had plenty of food. The location was stunning and perfect for traveling around Great Malvern, adjacent to a retail park like a travel lodge, and Malvern and Worcester. And it was just a short stroll away from Asha Dial-a-Curry, ate there couple of times.

Loved superbly friendly staff and spacious hotel.
The hotel provided us with a continental breakfast, the food was great. The room was good standard plus it had coffee, tea/coffee, and a safe box. The location was amazing and fab, just next door to restaurant and reception as well as shops, businesses and travel inns.

Great relaxing and lovely relaxing hotel located close to a retail/industrial park, and Malvern and Ledbury. Perfect location so close to the Malvern hills for a good hike too, easy to get anywhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spa facilities were incredible, with a warm pool that allowed me to relax and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere, no matter the weather. The treatments offered were also excellent, providing a truly relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 10/10.

The diner at The Malvern was excellent, and the Spa facilities were faultless. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel was immaculately clean. Having stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, this one exceeded our expectations. The location was great, with plenty of shops nearby, including Morrisons, Aldi, and Poundland. The staff went above and beyond for my partner's birthday, arranging bottles of bubbles and a lovely dinner. The outdoor pool was romantic and peaceful in the evening. The breakfast options, both continental and cooked, offered fantastic value.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊
